I promised my roomates I would read the book because both of them are obsessed with the entire series of books. I will get reading per your and my roomates request, and I cannot wait for the movie!
My friends have also been really pushing me to read the book. I better get reading fast if I am going to read it before I see the movie. But I am very excited for this movie to come out!
I agree with Jess, my goal is to start this series. Both of my roomates have read them all and are absolutely in love with them. I also had one of the 6th graders in my field experience ask me if I read these books.... she then proceeded to giggle and whisper to her friend when my response was "Nope, sure haven't!". Being made to feel out of the loop by a 6th grader was not cool! I plan to start ASAP!
Have a great weekend everyone :)

The movie looks so good! I just watched it with my roommate who has read all of the books and I really want to read them now! And I am definitely looking forward to the movie.
The trailer makes the movie look pretty good. I have to say though I have never read any of the books so I have no idea what they are about. I have heard good things though.
The movie looks pretty good. I definitely want to read the series before I see the movie. I was never really interested in them, until people started going on and on about them and how great they were! So I totally want to start reading those once I get a chance! :-)
I really hope that the movie doesn't ruin the book! I've so far read the first two books which I thought were pretty good---I wasn't as addicted to them as my friends. This movie has a lot of hype and I hope it does the book justice unlike a lot of other books that have been made into
movies. I hate being disappointed with movies. See you all tomorrow!
I have not read any of the books but I know that a lot of students are interested in them. Being in my field experiences, I have heard many conversations of kids talk about the series of books. A teacher could maybe have the students write a response to a specific book that they have read and how they would change the ending of it. This could help the students become creative with ideas that they have about the book.
I've never read these books, but today one of the 6th graders I volunteer with at church brought them up! I didn't know they were popular with that age and found it interesting.
I never was that interested in the series until everyone kept talking about it. I really hope the movie doesn't ruin the book. I got the feeling from the book that Edward was suppose to be gentle however from the movie trailer I kinda got the impression that he was more scary. I hope the movie can live up to the book.
I have never taken interest in reading the books before, but the movie preview makes me want to read the books! I like to try to read the books before the movies because I feel like the books are usually better (particularly with Harry Potter). I hope I can find time to read the books before the movie comes out!
I would really like to read these books before I see the movie too, although the movie looks really fascinating! I think it would be hard for me to get into the book after seeing the movie, because it seems like if I can take the easy way out with things like this (watching the movie) I tend to do it and forget about reading the book!
I want to read this book before the movie comes out. I am very interested in this book.
I have not read any of these books in the series. I just watched the preview of the movie and it looks really good! I bet the books are even better too. This really interests me to purchase the book and start reading it! Then I could compare it to the movie!
I have not read any of the books but by just watching this preview it really makes me want to start reading them. Maybe this series will be the first books i read on my own and not through school!!
i just started reading the first book and I love it! I cant put it down!Too bad I have so much school work or I would read the whole series.
